Beta access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place in Hey Harold's private beta. Invited testers receive access to a private, evolving service. Features may change, interruptions may occur, and access credentials are personal and must not be shared.

Accuracy and decisions

Information from Hey Harold may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. It should not be used as the sole source of truth. You remain responsible for checking important facts, dates, amounts and sources, and for deciding how an output is used.

Professional advice

Hey Harold provides general information and assistance. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, emergency or other professional advice suited to your circumstances.

Actions and connected services

Review consequential actions before approving them. You are responsible for the services you connect and for ensuring that information you provide may lawfully be used for the requested purpose.

Your information

Do not submit confidential, regulated or third-party information through the public waitlist form. Invited beta use is governed by the privacy information and any additional terms presented with access.

Service and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H-AI Labs does not warrant that Hey Harold or its outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose, and excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from their use.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
